Bean-Free Zucchini Hummus


Zucchini Hummus                

What you will need:              

 

Zucchini Hummus

Bean-less Zucchini Hummus

1 cup diced Zucchini

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2-4 cloves garlic (4 makes it VERY garlicky)

1 tbsp cumin

Sea salt to taste

 

Just blend it all together in a food processor or high speed blender and enjoy!  Try dipping carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, or jicama for a nutritious change of pace from pita bread or crackers.
